We are running into an issue where when adding a nested paragraph it's showing as orphaned (label reads "Orphaned {type}: {summary}"). Specifically, we are using Layout Paragraphs to add a paragraph on a node. That paragraph also contains an entity reference to paragraphs of a different type, and even deeper that paragraph type references another paragraph type. Looks something like: Node -> Paragraph(s) -> Paragraph(s) -> Paragraphs(s). Ultimately when trying to save the modal, nothing happens. No log entries, no network request, no console message.

Still digging into the issue. I'm starting to think the inability to save is related to Layout Paragraphs, so will get a ticket created over there. But the "Orphaned" title is misleading. Would be better if it read "Unsaved" or something.
