Can't get animations to work

I'm trying to add scroll effect animations to some of my sections, but nothing is happening. I can see classes like "fade-up" or "fade-left" are added to the sections, but they are not doing anything.

Am I missing something?

I'm using Drupal 9.5.1 with the latest Bootstrap 5 theme.
