Support for Client-side Hierarchical Select

Problem/Motivation

This module does not hide taxonomy terms if widget is from Client-side Hierarchical Select. I use that hierarchical a lot, is it possible to provide patch to support this select list widget?

If i switch back to normal "Select list" it works, when I change it to Client-side Hierarchical Select it does not work.
