First of all congrats on this project. It's very useful
This project is ecosystem of webform, but I saw that we don't have dependency for webform in the info file: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/webform_config_ignore/-/blob/8.x-1.x/...
P.S. I think maybe isn't a hard dependency, because the project doest seems to use a specific code from webform, but I think is a good practice since is using the config from webform at WebformConfigFilter class
Btw I think isn't a problem add a dependency for webform, because for end-users use this makes sense have the webform installed
