Field label is missing on single cardinality fields using lat/lon, dms, and bounds widgets

Problem/Motivation

As reported here 🐛 GPX LINESTRING() data altered to POINT() when re-saving node Fixed the field label drops off when upgrading from 1.48.0 due to the changes in GeofieldLatLonWidget

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure a single cardinality geofield using the Lat/lon widget
2. Visit the form
3. Notice the field label is missing
4. Downgrade to 1.48.0
5. Field label is present.

Proposed resolution

Fix $element merging in GeofieldLatLonWidget::formElement
