Getting error msg when trying to uninstall Advanced Help to install an alternative version 10 module
Here is the error message:

RuntimeException: Adding non-existent permissions to a role is not allowed. The incorrect permissions are "access all views", "access backup and migrate", "access backup files", "access dashboard", "access overlay", "administer backup and migrate", "administer fields", "administer skinr", "administer sm2", "block IP addresses", "check variables", "delete backup files", "delete revisions", "delete terms in 1", "download all audio files", "edit advanced skin settings", "edit skin settings", "edit terms in 1", "import media", "opt-in or out of tracking", "perform backup", "restore from backup", "revert revisions", "use PHP for title patterns", "use PHP for tracking visibility", "view revisions". in Drupal\user\Entity\Role->calculateDependencies() (line 206 of core/modules/user/src/Entity/Role.php).

    I am unable to reproduce this following the steps under "Steps to reproduce" in the issue summary.

    The error message lists a lot of non-existent permissions. None of these seems to have anything to do with Advanced Help.

    I need more information, including steos to reproduce from a clean install to debug this.
