with your same Drupal core version (9.5.2 ) and earlier I cannot reproduce this issue of you,
and nobody else (among the hundreds/ adopters) o is stepping in with this that you report, that would eventually be a Major/Critical one.

Please ... give much more details and context, so as proof of it, when you mark an issue as "bug".

This looks to me some issue in you specific setup.
Ma be a wrong way of installing Geocoder (did you use composer properly for it), and consequently a potential issue in discovering its Geocoder providers (@ please inspect this long debated one: https://www.drupal.org/project/geocoder/issues/3153678 🐛 How to add Gecoder 3.x providers Needs review ) ... etc.

I am re-setting this as "support request" and closing as "cannot reproduce".
Please re-open only if you find (and give) better evidence and context that this is a bug of the module and how/why.
