Integrate GitLab Logo png to Drupal.org D7 project pages

Problem/Motivation

Gitlab repos can define a logo.png image and this will show in listing as well as detail pages for the repos. We can pull that logo and place it in the project page.

Steps to reproduce

See the Drupal logo here https://git.drupalcode.org/project/api

Proposed resolution

Read from the logo if available and display it in the project pages.

Provide a MR.

User interface changes

A new logo will be displayed if available in project pages.

API changes

None.

Data model changes

None as we'll be reading from the magic gitlab URL for the avatar.

This needs to be deployed after or together with ✨ Repository logo on projects pages styling Fixed
