just updated contributor.md with the instructions for rebase; no longer using contribkanban currently
The documentation provided by contributor.md links to an outdated ContribKanban board. We should use the core-mvp tag to populate that link; however, we shouldn't use ContribKanban for that because it will be muddled with the Automatic Updates project who is using the same tags. Instead, it should link to an issue search on Drupal.org for Project Browser with the tag "core-mvp"
Similarly, there are instructions (somewhere!) for how to rebase using DrupalPod for issues that need a rebase. Those could/should also be included.
