In the interface, I am
1) creating a date restriction
2) storing that restriction -- it is stored correctly.
3) Edit again, adding a second restriction: user, by role.
4) Press Save again
5) When I open the restrictions again, only the date restriction is present (#1/2), and the user/role restriction was never saved.
