Menu Per Role module integration for Menu Migration

It's been a while since you've reported this issue, but I've finally had the chance to review. I've adjusted your changes and included them in the MR. I would like at least one person who's using "Menu Per Role" in their projects to test the MR #5 so I can mark this as Reviewed and tested.

On my end: Pending to port the solution to v2 as well, once we confirm v1.

Fixed in Version 4 with a more general approach. Closing the MR as it is no longer valid.
