Getting "ajax.$form.ajaxSubmit is not a function" Error for Views Reference Fields

Problem/Motivation

I'm getting An error occurred while attempting to process /en/block/add/view_component?ajax_form=1&_wrapper_format=drupal_ajax: ajax.$form.ajaxSubmit is not a function Error for Views reference fields after Drupal Core Update from 9.3.22 to 9.4.x.

Steps to reproduce

- Install Views reference fields module
- Add a field entity reference fields of views in any custom block entity.
- Add block content, while changing the views from the select list dropdown you will get an ajax error.
