Create the new branch 2.0.x for the D10 version

First of all congrats on this project. Empty Front Page is important and I'm happy that there is a plan finally to make the version for D10. Thanks Greg \o/

Problem/Motivation

D10 is release, and there is a plan to create the new version of EFP so would be nice to have the new branch using semver for this new release

Proposed resolution

Create the branch called 2.0.x as recommended at Release naming conventions: https://www.drupal.org/node/1015226 →

Steps:

1. git clone --branch '8.x-1.x' git@git.drupal.org:project/empty_front_page.git
2. cd empty_front_page
3. git checkout -b 2.0.x
4. git push origin 2.0.x
5. Access: https://www.drupal.org/node/add/project-release/1352942 → and select the new version 2.0.x
