"Allowed content" section not appearing

This is related to the Gutenberg 2.6 release somehow. Downgrade Gutenberg to 2.5 and it appears again. It also works in the 3-dev version (but on my site I could no longer edit content with that version, so be aware).

For some weird reason the form_alter of this module was executed before the Gutenberg module form alter, I fixed that in the dev version.

Yes, there is a new minor version ready, if you are planning to use it on D9 it should work, but for D10 I added a fix this morning that is only present on the dev branch.
