Wrong URL links to Google reCAPTCHA admin

The abbreviated URL links of Google reCAPTCHA on the config page return an invalid page: "Invalid Dynamic Link - Blocked"

Go to the config page: /admin/config/people/captcha/recaptcha-v3
Link on the link: "Register reCAPTCHA v3 keys here."
Link on the link: "Actions name will be displayed in detailed break-down of data for your top ten actions in the admin console"
