Config value for " Enable domain menus as menu parent for new link in selected node forms" does not save

When enabling a node type in the DomainMenusSettingsForm, on the field "Enable domain menus as menu parent for new link in selected node forms", the value is saved incorrectly.

In config, you can see that a checked content type is written away as e.g. "page: 0", while it should be "page: 1"
This breaks this functionality entirely.

I chose to fix the schema type for that var because that is actually what broke the code.
