This only works for the plugin Flat Rate. It does not extend to Flat Rate per item
I added a Rate Description to my shipping rate, and it is not appearing on my checkout page. If I add an additional shipping rate, the rate description for the first rate then appears. If I disable or delete that additional rate, the rate description disappears.
Why is the rate description for one rate reliant on the existence of a second shipping rate? I only need one rate, and I need to display the rate description for it. How can I accomplish this?
