Change VideoToolBoxReportController to be a tab in /admin/content/

Problem/Motivation

Right now the report video controller is in reports, but after feedback and analysis, It should be move to admin/content and change it to a view to make sorting and bulk operations easier to implement

Proposed resolution

We should move to /admin/content/videos like media or files, and from there redirect to each video individual page. Also add filters, sort and bulk actions to it.
