Problem is with Courses page, it is not handling caching properly, anonymous users have access to page, but they shouldnt have.
One option to reproduce issue is to have one unpublished course. For admins and for anonymous users the page should look different, and you can make sure it is cached per role.
We already know that why anonymous users have access to course page is because of not handling caching properly. It has happen on last big redesign of courses page.
