Add in more cofiguration settings for the Layout like Background Color and Spacing.

First off, this module is great, lets people generate layouts with multiple theme breakpoints, and it just works!

What we need at my company is the ability for users to be able to set background colors on section or regions and spacing above or below the section.

I've modified the module locally to add a settings form to let people configure what colors and spacing options are available, then the user editing the layout form can choose from those options.

If you're interested in adding these features I'd gladly help change them and get them merged in, if you want to keep your module small and simple I understand that as well.
