Drush 11 not work with Drupal 9

Hi People

Problem/Motivation

I am workd with drupal 9 and drush 11 (differentes versions 11.4, 11.3, 11.2 and 11.1) and after install and I user de command drush cr I get a error message

[warning] Drush command terminated abnormally.

Steps to reproduce

I've tried to unisntall drush and install other version of drush 11, and get the same message. I couldnt install other older version of drush (10 o 9)

Any ideas???

    I've done the 6 steps, but still got "terminated abnormally" with "drush cr"

    "drush status" gave a lot of error messages, starting with "[error] TypeError: Symfony\Component\Filesystem\Path::canonicalize(): Argument #1 ($path) must be of type string, array given in Symfony\Component\Filesystem\Path::canonicalize() (line 69 of /home/apneuvereniging/public_apneu3/vendor/symfony/filesystem/Path.php) #0 [internal function]: Symfony\Component\Filesystem\Path::canonicalize()"

    The home page no longer shows the hamburger menu and "/admin" returned "no access"
