Override browser mode initially

Problem/Motivation

New browser mode can not be detected automatically after second-time page visit.

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to the light mode in an operating system.
2. When you visit a page then you can see that page using light mode as expected.
3. Switch to dark mode in an operating system.
4. When you refresh the page, you can see that the page is still using light mode which is wrong.

Proposed resolution

Cancel saving the current mode in local storage during page loading.
