I have modified the patch to allow access to the title of the node translations.
The breadcrumb segments currently use the menu link title per $links[] = Link::fromTextAndUrl($plugin->getTitle(), $plugin->getUrlObject());
Add a configuration option to deviate from this behaviour and use the node title instead if it exists
