For a Contact based view, you can add a Relationship to the Phone tables which offers a "Location Type" selector but it does not offer "Phone Type"
While a possible work around is to use Filters, it gets awkward if you want columns separating each of the Phone Types, since a Filter for Phone Type that has no result means the row does not show, and this can probably be worked around further via Filter it would be much simpler for Phone Type to be available in the Relationship setting
