Create Candidates View

Problem/Motivation

Need to create Candidates View

Steps to reproduce

Create View with name: Candidates
Set Format view: Table
Set Path: /candidates/
Set access: By roles - Admin, Manager.
Add pagination: 50 items per page.

Add next fields to table:
1) ID - Candidate Entity ID
2) Date Added - created
3) Name - join 3 fields ats_can_first_name, ats_can_middle_name, ats_can_last_name
4) Address - Join State, City fields from ats_can_address
5) Ownership - ats_can_ownership
6) Experience - ats_can_experience_type
7) Screening Status - Relationships field from Screening Content Type
8) Screening Notes - Relationships field from Screening Content Type
9) Status - ats_can_status
10) Employee Type - ats_can_employee_type

Also need to add filters for:
1) Name(autocomplete),
2) Ownership(select list),
3) Experience(Select list),
4) Screening Status(Select list),
5) Status(Select list),
6)Employee Type(Select list)
7) City(autocomplete)
8) State(autocomplete)
