WSOD after updating Drupal to 9.4.9

Hello,

After updating to drupal 9.4.9 from 9.4.8, running updb and clear cache, I get this message:

Drupal\media\OEmbed\ProviderException: Could not retrieve the oEmbed provider database from in Drupal\oembed_providers\OEmbed\ProviderRepositoryDecorator->getAll() (line 160 of modules/contrib/oembed_providers/src/OEmbed/ProviderRepositoryDecorator.php).

I need to disable th emoduel to get the website back. Are you aware about this ?
