Use recaptcha.net instead of the google.com domain name

As described on https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq#does-recaptcha-use-cookies, recaptcha places a cookie for the google.com domain which might also have other coookies set. While checking a website we are working on by our compliance department, they asked where all the google.com-domain cookies were used for.

Also, there are some countries where the google.com domain might be blocked, so maybe it is a good idea to use the recaptcha.net domain name instead? See the attached patch.
