I'm using a shared server and can't use composer, so without the johngrogg/ics-parser package I get the error "Error: Class 'ICal\ICal' not found" when Feeds iCal tries to import.
Include a ludwig.json file in the distribution. The attached one seems to work well. (The ics-parser version is consistent with composer.json's current version 2)

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
Thanks Peter and Duro - I'd not heard of Ludwig before.
This patch should work indefinitely, so if it's ok with you both I'll close this out and not introduce to the project.
