We want make getting started real easy. Thus, we should provide a project repo which contains all the setup for running the complete project (backend + frontend) within ddev and ddev-gitpod
Start based upon https://github.com/shaal/ddev-gitpod and fork into drunomics/lupus-decoupled-project
Add necessary dependencies to composer.json, use Drupal 10.
Add additional ddev container for nuxt and pre-configure URLs as necessary to make things work out-of-the-box
Add README for setup steps
