Smartling PHP max_execution_time Warning

Problem/Motivation

A warning will appear on the status report page if the php max_execution_time is equal to 300. 300 is the recommended minimum time for this module.

Steps to reproduce

Set php max_execution_time to 300 and visit the status report page.

Proposed resolution

Change the recommendation to 301 seconds or change the code to accept 300.
