Remove non-breaking space from generateAnchorLink javascript function

Motivation

The   non-breaking space (in the generateAnchorLink javascript function) makes assumptions about adjacent code which the module doesn't control. For example, some sites may use CSS instead of non-breaking spaces to create separation between elements.

Proposed resolution

Remove the non-breaking space from the generateAnchorLink javascript function.
