When an image URL can no longer be found, for whatever reason, the twig filter breaks pages hard.

TypeError: Drupal\easy_responsive_images\TwigExtension\ImageUrl::createImageUrl(): Argument #1 ($uri) must be of type string, null given

This should not be the case, we should fail more gracefully.
