Conditional Fields not working for Registrant entity type

Problem/Motivation

Conditional fields is not working for Registrant entities.
When you try to add a dependency on that entity type, which will take you to a route like this:
/admin/structure/conditional_fields/registrant/default/field_your_field/8be3f1ab-ee9e-4a5e-bd3b-6d20bda452b4/edit, the system responds with a "Page not found".

I'm not sure if the root cause of this issue is in the recurring_events_registration submodule or in the Conditional Fields → module.

It is known that the Conditional Fields module had some problems to work properly in entities different from nodes 📌 Not working for entity types other than node types Needs work . However I see it is working well for other entity types such as the eventseries or the eventinstance.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to Structure > Conditional fields
• Find the entity type Registrant and click on it. Then click on the bundle Default
• Select the correct values for "Target field", "Controlled by" and click the "Add dependency" button
