Cookie content blocker module produces a lot of notice errors under some circumstances:
- The css/js aggregation is enabled
- All cookie content blockers text filters are enabled
- There is a block placed in the page with content blocked and attached libraries. An example of this with the given setup is an embedded video, which attach the video_embed_field/responsive-video
- The cache is cleared
- Apply patch from https://www.drupal.org/project/cookie_content_blocker/issues/3188523 🐛 Lots of php notices Fixed
