It might be time to reproduce the bug to see if perhaps this has been resolved.

I had another look and have implemented a fix, although the source of the problem seems to be claro as it uses .messages-list__wrapper for messages provided by the page load, but .messages__wrapper for messages provided by ajax requests.

This fix is now defining the absolute positioning for the bpmn canvas only, so that it works OK now and doesn't impact any other pages on the Drupal site.

Back ported to 2.0.x and marked as fixed.
