Hex color codes values won't update in fields

This appears to be caused because the callback function in the JS library is expecting to receive an HTMLInputElement as its first parameter, but is instead receiving a jQuery object. Attaching a patch so the change handler on the scheme dropdown passes an HTMLInputElement.
