Text is not visible properly

When opening views and editing the view , the preview section text is not visible properly due to its color.

Go to structure > views > edit any view > then check the preview section.

Verified the "3322429-2.patch" on 9.5.8, and it's working fine. The text color is now changed and is properly visible. Added the screenshots for reference and RTBC++
