ViewsArgumentDefault CurrentUserUuid currently as unstable API situation

Problem/Motivation

We need a views argument "CurrentUserUuid" to show users their grant entities. The needed ViewsArgumentDefault plugin is very simple and it's useful for other modules so I already added an issue to entity_reference_uuid ( ViewsArgumentDefault CurrentUserUuid Needs work ). Until the entity_reference_uuid maintainers commit this change we need something to move on with development.

Proposed resolution

To avoid a patch suggest to add an own version of this plugin and maybe remove again when we can use entity_reference_uuid for this. But this will be a kind of API breaking change. So I think we need document all (primary in this issue).

User interface changes

There is a new default argument in views config section when this plugin is active.

API changes

Adding and changing views config dependencies until a final decision was made.

Data model changes

Only config changes.

I decided to keep this views plugin the next time. So it's not a blocker any more. When it's implemented in entity_reference_uuid or even core we can just extend the class. Maybe we remove it with a major upgrade.
