Site is down due to incorrect path for image_captcha.info.yml file

composer update drupal/captcha (1.6.0 => 1.7.0)

I recently updated to 8.x-1.14 on a multisite installation and one of the sites is a white screen giving the error
AssertionError: The file specified by the given app root, relative path and file name (/homepages/7/d825982707/htdocs/drupal9/modules/contrib/captcha/image_captcha/image_captcha.info.yml) do not exist. in assert() (line 68 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/Extension.php).

The other sites are OK.

How can I fix this?

I fixed the problem by upgrading to 2.0.5. I hadn't done that previously because I was using a version of the Riddler module that wasn't compatible with 2.
