Bootstrap theme breaks the mail form

Problem/Motivation

The form group widgets do not collapse/expand when their label is clicked

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to a bootstrap-based theme
2. load the Views Send form
3. try clicking any of the forms' collapsible group labels
