Plans to drop Drupal 8?

Here's some work on this (intended for a new 5.x branch)

This module has a bunch of conditional logic such that it ignores Sentry SDK missing completely. This logic dates from the before times, when sites didn't necessarily even use composer, and at this point it doesn't seem useful - we can simplify lots of code by throwing the class not found Error if the dependency is missing.

@Letharion feel free to re-open if there's more crufty code we should update
