Finalize copy and structure for the Funding Tools collective

Problem/Motivation

We need to start using our collective as a tool to sustain ongoing development, credit sponsors, and provide high-profile use case for the initial phase of development. We won't be able to do the latter until sponsor and donor funds flow through the collective AND in-kind sponsors are receiving credit.

Proposed resolution

In order to be effective we need to finalize the structure including description, goals, needs, team, tiers, etc. on the main collective page as well as the project we've set up for the funding module. We've created this Google doc to draft and finalize the copy but we need a contributor with skills/interest in creating and managing fundraising campaigns to take this on. Like all the other team members, the contributor taking this on should have the option to be paid or have their sponsor credited for their time.

To accommodate the latter, we may need to work with the Open Collective team to ensure their platform accommodates our needs. We can create a separate issue for the task.

    Not really sure if this module's issue queue is the right place for this, but also unclear on the cross over between this module and various initiaitves/collectives.
