'Fallback' strategy not working in field of type "Text (formatted, long)" (WYSIWYG)

Problem/Motivation

When using the ‘Fallback’ strategy in fields of type Text (formatted, long), if you leave empty the destination field in the destination entity, you expect the inherited value from the source entity to be used; instead of that, the blank input in the destination entity is set as the final value for the inherited field.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a field inheritance, using the 'Fallback' strategy
• Select in both the destination and the source, a field of type Text (formatted, long)
• Create or edit an instance of the Source Entity, leaving the destination field empty
