Add a template and theme suggestions per composite

Problem/Motivation

Currently a composite renders with no wrapper, just rendering the child elements. It would be nice to add a template (and allow themes to override it) should developers wish to e.g. wrap fields in a fieldset, apply custom layout etc.

Moreover it would be handy to add theme suggestions per composite to allow overriding layout per composite.

Proposed resolution

Attached patch adds a theme function, preprocessing and basic template, taken from Webform's Example Composite module.
