Image properties disappeared from context menu

Problem/Motivation

If I create a template with a placeholder image, right clicking the image in the editor does not show the "Image properties" which allow to change the image (size, src, etc.).

This used to work, and I guess an update change this behavior.

Steps to reproduce

Create a template with a placeholder image:

<div class="comp-image"><img alt="" src="/themes/my-theme/images/default-image.png" /></div>

Create or edit a node which allow you to insert this template.
Insert it in the editor.
Right click the "default-image.png" in the editor.

You will probably see: Cut, Copy, Paste, but not "Image properties"

You can insert an image (the regular way), right click on it, and see that you do have the option "Image properties".
