I still have the same issue. I tried to reinstall the modules but the problem still exists.
Getting the following error when updating to the most recent beta version and running drush cim. Looking at the code I tried changing any instance of mailer_html_to_text to mailer_wrap_and_convert but that didn't work.
The import failed due to the following reasons:
