Rate widget not appearing on comments views

As the title says, i'm using a views (block) for displaying comments under nodes and i was tyring to add the Rate widget for comments but it doesn't seem to work.

I have a view listing nodes and the rate widget is working fine... so my guess is that something is missing in the relation with comments.
