Scenario 1: When I create a node, upload an image to the image field, then click on its "Remove" button, it cannot be removed, there is also an error in the browser console.
Scenario 2: When I edit a new node, click on the "remove" button of an image field, then re-upload another image, now, the new image cannot be uploaded and the thumbnail cannot show up.
