Issues date recurring core migration D7 to D9

Problem/Motivation

I need to migrate the field date recur core from D7 to the Smart Date field in D9.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run the fin drush migrate:import field_custom_date command.
  2. Go to the content and review the Date field. It shows the wrong information.
  3. Review the smart_date_rule table in DB and you can find the columns start and end don't have any data or just the year information.

Proposed resolution

Change the date format for those fields to the timestamp in the process plugin ParseDates.
