Disable rich-text on Webform Submission settings leads to Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null

Problem/Motivation

"Disable rich-text" a#wysiwyg-toggle-edit-confirmation-value onClick does nothing below the textarea on "Webform > Forms settings > Submission settings", just print the following error to console

Basic setup

On Administration » Configuration » Content authoring » Wysiwyg profiles
- [x] Enabled by default
- [x] Allow users to choose default
- [x] Show enable/disable rich text toggle link
- [x] Enable on summary fields

Steps to reproduce

Go to "Webform > Forms settings > Submission settings" (/node/1/webform/configure) and click on the "Disable rich-text" below the Wysiwyg 7.x-2.9 enabled textarea
