"Disable rich-text" a#wysiwyg-toggle-edit-confirmation-value
onClick does nothing below the textarea on "Webform > Forms settings > Submission settings", just print the following error to console

Go to "Webform > Forms settings > Submission settings" (/node/1/webform/configure) and click on the "Disable rich-text" below the Wysiwyg 7.x-2.9 enabled textarea
